Patrick Gilmore Joins Datastrip as Vice President of National Sales – MEA

Thame, UK (April 20, 2009) — Datastrip, a world-leading provider of field-proven mobile identification and verification technology, has announced the appointment of Patrick Gilmore as Vice President, National Sales – Middle East & Africa.
Patrick brings a wealth of sales experience and knowledge to an expanding successful sales team and will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building on the business relationships with existing partners.

Prior to joining Datastrip, Patrick gained vast experience in the biometrics industry, first with Daon and since November 2005 with Motorola, responsible for sales in Africa and the Middle East. During his time at Motorola, Patrick successfully concluded business on both continents in a number of high profile projects involving biometric identification solutions.
